Where we ship
ScentRev ships to serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, we will say so before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Dataibx Private Limited ships pan-India. We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Metro cities typically receive parcels in 2 to 5 business days after dispatch; rest of India typically in 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays. Tracking details are sent by message or email once the order ships.
- Orders confirmed on business days usually leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours.
- After dispatch, metro cities typically receive parcels in 2–5 business days.
- Other pin codes typically take 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Festivals, weather, and courier disruptions can add delay beyond these windows.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send tracking details by email and/or SMS. You can also open Track order from the site header or your account.
Packaging
Decants and samples ship in sealed packaging suited to liquid fragrance. If the outer pack arrives crushed or leaking, keep the parcel and contact us within 48 hours with photos (and an unboxing video when possible).
